This fall we encourage you to eat locally. It’s a great time to celebrate and indulge in the incredible quality and variety of organic food produced right here in Ontario.

Support your local farmers and growers, and gratify your palette with fresh local food!

Join us this Saturday at the farmers’ market, and experience the freshness of the autumn harvest. We’re here every Saturday, 9am-1pm until October 25th!

The Local Café, “The Bus Kitchen Bakery”, traditional baking from a fully equipped and certified mobile kitchen, is back this Saturday! Baked goods, savoury, sweet, gluten free, multigrain breads, loaf cakes, cookies, ever-popular granola, and much more 🙂
Monforte Dairy will have Toscano and sheep cheddar this Saturday. It may not be available for a while after this weekend.

Murray’s Farm has Pastured and Heritage Turkeys for Thanksgiving. Order your’s this Saturday for delivery the holiday.


Feast of Fields, Ontario’s first certified organic vineyard and orchard will have fresh Apple Cider!

Kids Activities

Celebrate Ontario Garlic season with this week’s kooky craft! Kids can unleash their creativity as we make Garlic Monsters!

Also special guest Carol Pasternak will be at the market from 10-12 to sign copies of her fantastic book: How to Raise Monarch Butterflies: A Step-by-Step Guide for Kids. Families can come by to learn about Monarchs, what we’re doing to help their population recover, and meet this inspiring advocate for Monarchs. She will also have cocoons and butterflies for everyone to see.

Ontario VQA Wine

We welcome Stanners Vineyard, an artisanal, family-owned and operated winery located near the village of Hillier in Prince Edward County. Their 2011 Pinot Noir VQA Four Mile Creek has just been awarded “Best in Show Red” at the Royal Winter Fair! This and their 2012 Riesling, which is a brand new release, will be available at Withrow.
